"We are a mission-minded, family-friendly church in action, reaching our neighbors with the life-changing love of Jesus Christ"

Our Mission & Vision

What do we believe as
United Methodists?

The vows we take when we become a member of the United Methodist Church are grouped into three categories:

  1. Profession of faith in Jesus to become part of Christ’s universal church.
  2. Declaration of loyalty to the United Methodist Church in particular.
  3. A pledge to participate faithfully through prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness.

Basics of Our Faith

Prayer and Scripture Meditation
Spending time in prayer each day, and studying and reflecting on the Bible to experience the living Word of hope in the written word of Scripture.

Corporate Worship and Small-Group Community
Celebrating God’s presence in worship with a faith community, and experiencing Christian community in a small group to pray, learn, and grow together.

Financial Generosity
Practicing Christian stewardship through the biblical discipline of tithing.

Spiritual Gifts and Gifts-Based Service
Discovering our spiritual gifts and participating in God’s work through the ministry of the church.

Invitational Evangelism
Inviting others to experience God’s love and become disciples of Jesus Christ.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I wear?  Come as you are! On any given Sunday, you will see men in suits and some in jeans; ladies dressed in Sunday finest to casual. We don’t care what you wear; we’re just glad you are joining us!

Where Should I Go When I Arrive?
Our Worship Center is in the Main Building, which is the tallest building on the campus and has a steeple. The entry doors are located on the backside of the building. When you come through the doors, you will be greeted by one of our friendly Sunday greeters. Feel free to ask them any questions, including directions. There are campus maps available in the foyer just outside the Worship Center.

From Highway 181, turn west on to Buddy Ganem Dr. and go to the stoplight and turn left on to Wildcat Dr.
The church is located on the right just past Gregory Portland High School. For a map, click here. For a map of our campus, click here.
